Welcome to LuxeStay Hotel. By accessing our website and making a reservation, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking & Reservation Policy
- All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized partners.
- A valid ID and payment method are required to complete a reservation.
- Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
- Rates displayed online are subject to change without notice until the booking is confirmed.
2. Payment Terms
- Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or other accepted online payment methods.
- Full or partial prepayment may be required depending on the selected rate plan.
- Any additional taxes or service charges will be mentioned at checkout.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in Time: From 2:00 PM onwards
- Check-out Time: Before 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Government-approved ID/passport is mandatory at the time of check-in.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- More than 7 days before check-in: Full refund (minus processing fees, if any).
- 3 to 7 days before check-in: 50% refund.
- Less than 3 days or No Show: No refund.
- Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for cancellation or modification.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Modification of Reservation
- Changes to booking dates or room types are subject to availability and rate differences.
- Promotional or discounted bookings may not be eligible for date modifications.
6. Guest Responsibility
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
- Damages to hotel property caused by the guest will be charged accordingly.
- Strict No Smoking policy applies in all non-smoking rooms and areas. Penalty charges may apply.
7. Hotel Rights

The hotel reserves the right to deny service or cancel a booking in case of:
- Invalid payment
- Misconduct or violation of hotel policies
- False or misleading guest information
8. Privacy Policy
- Your personal data is collected only for booking and hospitality management purposes.
- We do not share guest information with third parties except payment processors or legal authorities when required.
9. Force Majeure
The hotel shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or service interruptions due to events beyond its control including natural disasters, government restrictions, or technical failures.
